About this itinerary
Witness the breath-taking Bhasma Aarti at Mahakaleshwar — one of the twelve Jyotirlingas — and walk the ancient Kumbh ghats of the holy Shipra river in the celestial city of Ujjain.
Ujjain is one of the seven sacred Moksha-puris of Hinduism and one of the four cities that host the Kumbh Mela.
Our itinerary includes the pre-dawn Bhasma Aarti with pre-booked passes, Kal Bhairav darshan, Harsiddhi Shakti Peeth and a Shipra ghat boat ride.

Day 01
N°01Arrival & Ram Ghat Aarti
Arrive in Ujjain on the banks of the Shipra and check in near the temples. Enjoy an evening boat ride and the riverside aarti at Ram Ghat.

N°02Bhasma Aarti & Temple Circuit
Attend the unique pre-dawn Bhasma Aarti at Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga (subject to booking), then visit Kal Bhairav, the Harsiddhi Shakti Peeth, Mangalnath and the Sandipani Ashram.

N°03Departure
Begin with an unhurried final darshan and collect prasad as a blessing to carry home. After a relaxed breakfast by the sacred Shipra, you are transferred for your onward journey, your Ujjain pilgrimage drawing to a peaceful close.
