Cancellation windows vary by package and season. Most bookings allow a full refund until 30 days before departure, graded deductions thereafter.
For peak seasons (Oct–Feb and major festivals) we recommend booking 45–60 days ahead for international tours and 20–30 days for domestic.

Domestic flights are included for most National tours. International packages include airfare from major Indian metros unless stated otherwise.
