The atelier method
How we plan
Dates in. A first itinerary out — usually within a day.
No brochure. A planner reads your names, your window and the kind of silence you want, then writes a route from Bhubaneswar.

The house method
Four steps. One letter.
You send the dates. We send a journey — hotels named, a car assigned, and the first morning already imagined.
Tell us who is travelling, the window, and whether you want a temple, a hill, a reef or a city that stays up late. A WhatsApp is enough.
Within a day you receive a first itinerary — not a PDF catalogue. Then we tighten hotels, darshan and the chauffeur until it feels like yours.
Names, ages, dates, and the one place you keep mentioning.
A day-by-day letter: stays, transfers, a table for the first night.
Rooms, seats and darshan held. Visa file opened if the stamp needs us.
A chauffeur at the gate, a number that answers at 2 a.m.

What we keep on the desk
What to send
Dates, headcount, a budget band, and two places you cannot miss. Photographs of passports if a visa is due.
What we send back
A first itinerary, a hotel shortlist, and an honest number — GST visible, extras named.
What we hold
The car, the guide, the boat, the temple slot. You do not chase five inboxes.
On the road
One planner, one WhatsApp. If a flight moves, the house moves with it.
Private desk
Tell us the dates. We write the rest.
A planner replies within 24 hours — usually with a first itinerary, never a brochure.
