Booking and confirmation

An enquiry is not a booking. A journey is confirmed only when we send written confirmation and the payment required for that stage has been received, as set out in the booking communication.

Please check names, dates, hotels and passport spellings on the confirmation. Errors that reach a hotel or airline unchanged may be treated as the guest’s responsibility.

Package pricing

Prices shown on the website are indicative for the itinerary as published, for the season illustrated. They are not a standing offer.

The price that applies is the one quoted in writing for your dates, occupancy and inclusions. Flights, visas, festival periods, peak hotels and currency movement can change a number before you pay. We will say so before you confirm.

Unless written on the quote, prices do not automatically include GST extras, monument tickets, tips, personal expenses, optional sightseeing, or insurance.

Hotel accommodation

Hotels are as named on your itinerary, or of a similar category if a named hotel cannot host you. Room type, meal plan and view are those confirmed in writing.

Check-in and check-out follow the hotel’s own hours. Early check-in or late check-out is never assumed.

Transportation

Cars, coaches, boats, flights and trains are provided by third parties. Vehicle type, reporting time and inclusions are those on your itinerary.

Delays, breakdowns and operational changes can occur. We work to rearrange the day where we can; we cannot control every road or airline.

Customer information

You must give accurate names, ages, contact details and, where relevant, passport data. Special requests (meals, rooms, medical notes) are passed to suppliers; they are not guaranteed unless the supplier confirms them.

Travel documents

You are responsible for a valid passport, visas, permits, vaccination rules and any other document required for the route. We may assist with a visa file; we do not grant visas and we do not promise that an embassy will.

Entry to another country remains a decision of that country’s officers at the border.

Itinerary changes

We may adjust a day for weather, strikes, temple timings, hotel stop-sell, political events or supplier failure. We will aim to keep the spirit of the journey and tell you when a material change is needed.

If you ask to change dates, hotels or services after confirmation, the request is subject to availability and to the Cancellation Policy.

Third-party services

Hotels, airlines, railways, cruise lines, parks, guides and local operators are independent. Their own conditions apply to the service they provide. Bhubaneswar Travel Mart plans and coordinates; it is not the carrier or the hotel.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations, refunds, no-shows and date changes are governed by the Cancellation Policy on this website and by the rules of each supplier on your booking. Please read that page before you pay.

Force majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control — including but not limited to natural disaster, epidemic, war, terrorism, government restriction, strike, airspace closure, or severe weather — and the supplier rules that follow those events.

Descriptions, photographs and sample prices on this website are for guidance. Amenities, views and surrounding areas can change. They are not a warranty.

We may update these terms on the website. The version that applies is the one in force when you confirm the booking, together with your written itinerary.

Acceptance of terms

By confirming a booking or by using this website to request travel services, you accept these Terms & Conditions and the Cancellation Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not proceed with a booking.
